RIM has rolled out an EDI solution to provide an e-commerce bridge between our trading partners and our business software, Microsoft Navision. The EDI solution allows automated electronic exchange of information including orders, shipment notifications, and invoicing. Benefits include a 45% reduction in manual business process transactions and creation of shipping notification and invoicing workflow.
