• Quality System Update – ISO 9001:2000

    On December 4, 2006, RIM was recommended for registration to ISO 9001:2000. After many months of preparation for conversion from QS 9000:1998 to ISO 9001:2000, including rewriting RIM’s Quality Manual and Procedures, internal audits, training, and a lot of hard work by RIM management and employees, we are certainly pleased with the result of our registration audit. We are anxiously awaiting our certificate from our registrar, NSF-ISR, and will post the certificate to our website as soon as we receive it.

  • Administrative Assistant

    We are pleased to announce that Nicole Moore will be joining RIM and filling the Administrative Assistant opening.

    Nicole has a strong background in administration and brings with her experience in accounts payable/receivable. Nicole has been pursuing an Associates degree at Macomb Community College.
