• RIM COVID-19 RESPONSE

As the COVID-19 pandemic has been progressing, we have been working diligently to assess the rapidly changing situation with the goal of meeting the needs of our customers while keeping our employees as safe as possible. This is new territory for us all and we are doing our best to navigate it.

In compliance with Governor Whitmer’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” Executive Order issued today, RIM will be temporarily idling shop operations until April 14th 2020. Our plan is to be back up and running on Tuesday, April 14th. Our customers and their requirements are very important to us and we plan to hit the ground running when we fire things back up.

RIM ownership and office staff will continue to telework from home during this time to continue to service the needs of our customers as best as we can. Our design, sales and program management departments continue to be open for business as our employees are teleworking.

We hope you and your families stay safe and healthy during this difficult time.
